We prioritize transparency in every transaction. Understanding our return and refund protocols ensures a smooth logistics experience.

Policy Effective Date: January 17, 2026

1. Cancellation Protocols

Users may initiate a booking cancellation at any point before the delivery partner arrives at the designated pickup location. Please be advised that if a cancellation occurs after the partner has reached the location, a Nominal Cancellation Fee will be levied. This fee compensates our logistics partners for their time and operational expenses. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellations are no longer permissible.

2. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

In the event that our delivery partner cannot complete a delivery—due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of acceptance—we perform three (3) delivery attempts. If all attempts prove unsuccessful, the parcel will be processed as "Return to Origin" (RTO) and returned to the sender. Additional shipping charges may apply for RTO shipments.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refund requests are evaluated under strict quality control measures. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Successful detection of duplicate payments for a single transaction.
  • Service cancellations initiated by CourierBee due to operational limitations.
  • Verified cases of shipment loss or damage resulting from internal negligence (subject to inspection and liability caps).
Important Notice: Refunds are not granted for delays arising from force majeure events, including extreme weather, regulatory strikes, or inaccurate data provided by the user.

4. Processing Timelines

Upon approval of a refund request, the amount is automatically credited back to the original source of payment (Bank, UPI, or Card). While we initiate refunds immediately, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your statement, contingent upon your financial institution's processing cycles.

5. Dispute Resolution & Support

If you encounter issues regarding a payment or a returned shipment, please contact our Billing & Compliance department. Ensure you have your Booking ID ready for expedited assistance.
