Source and destination pincode/address for dispatching the right courier partner to your location.
Payment Information
Transaction references via PCI-DSS gateways (Razorpay/PayU). We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage Data
Anonymised browsing patterns and search history (routes, carrier preferences) used only to improve your booking experience.

CourierBee is a booking and comparison platform — when you book a shipment, we must share your details with the carrier you've selected. We share data only as needed to fulfil your order and under strict data processing agreements.

Selected Courier Partners After you compare and confirm a booking, your name, contact number, and pickup/delivery address are shared only with the carrier you chose — not all carriers on our platform.

Payment Gateways Billing data is handled by RBI-authorised processors (Razorpay, PayU) under PCI-DSS standards. CourierBee does not store or access your full card details at any point.

Legal Authorities We disclose information only when legally compelled by a court order or government directive under Indian law. We will notify you where permitted.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify all affected users within 72 hours in line with applicable Indian data protection regulations.
