Where do I find my AWB number?
It is printed on your shipment label and included in the booking confirmation email or SMS from CourierBee.
Who can see the full shipment details?
Anyone can see live tracking. Addresses, contacts, payment and package details are visible only to the sender after verifying the email registered with their CourierBee account.
My shipment shows "Pending". What does that mean?
The shipment is booked but not yet picked up. Once the courier picks it up, the status changes to "Picked Up" or "In Transit".
How often is tracking updated?
Data is fetched live from the courier when you search (refreshed every minute or so), and scans update as your package moves through each hub.
What is RTO (Return to Origin)?
The courier could not deliver the shipment and is returning it to the sender, for example due to an incorrect address or refused delivery. Contact support if you need help.
