CourierBee (courierbee.in) is an online courier booking and comparison platform operated by Kritika Infotech. We help people across India book doorstep courier pickups without visiting a market or paying extra handling fees.

This policy applies to everyone who visits our website, creates an account, books a shipment, tracks a parcel or contacts support. By using CourierBee you agree to it, together with our Terms of Service.

• Shipment detailsWeight, size, category, contents description and declared value.
• Payment recordsTransaction references, amounts, status and refunds. Card, UPI and bank credentials are handled by payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers.
• Device and usage dataIP address, browser and device type, login events, pages viewed and consent records.
• Support communicationsMessages, claims and attachments you send us.
• Location (with consent)Used only if you allow it, for example to suggest pickup addresses.

We share data only when needed to provide the service or required by law. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

A tracking number alone does not expose anyone's personal details.

• Verified senderPersonal and order details are shown only after the sender is verified through the registered account.

We keep personal data while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Booking and billing records may be kept for the period Indian law requires, even after an account is closed. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

CourierBee is for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it. If the English and Hindi versions differ, the English version prevails.
