These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Kritika Infotech, which operates CourierBee (courierbee.in). By creating an account, accepting these terms, booking a shipment or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Prohibited & Restricted Items page.

This is an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical signature. If you do not agree, please do not use CourierBee.

CourierBee is a technology platform that lets you compare rates, book doorstep pickup and track shipments. We are an intermediary. Pickup, transport and delivery are carried out by independent courier partners.

• CourierBee is not a carrier and does not control the courier partner's operations or timelines.
• Delivery and pickup timelines, rates and partner availability are estimates and may change without notice.
• International shipping is currently not available. Additional terms will apply when it is launched.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.
• Provide true, complete and current information, including a valid mobile number and email address.
• You may be asked to complete identity (KYC) verification. Using another person's identity or documents is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password and OTPs private.
• One person, one account. Accounts cannot be sold, shared or transferred.
• You consent to receive booking, tracking and service messages by SMS, WhatsApp and email.
• CourierBee may refuse, limit or close any account at its discretion where these terms are breached.

• 1. Enter detailsAdd pickup and delivery details, weight, size, category and declared value.
• 2. Compare and chooseReview rates and delivery estimates and select a courier partner.
• 3. Pay and confirmPay online. A booking ID is generated on confirmation.
• 4. Doorstep pickupThe agent collects the parcel, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
• 5. Track deliveryFollow the shipment online until delivery.

Hand over the parcel only to the courier agent assigned to your booking and keep the booking ID safe.

You must enter correct and complete details for every booking. The following must match the actual parcel:

• WeightThe real weight of the packed parcel, measured on a scale.
• SizeLength, width and height in cm of the final packed parcel.
• Category and contentsA true description of what is inside.
• Declared valueThe true value of the goods. An invoice may be requested.
• Addresses and contactsCorrect names, mobile numbers, full addresses and pincodes.

हर बुकिंग में आपको सही और पूरा विवरण भरना अनिवार्य है। नीचे दी गई जानकारी असली पार्सल से मेल खानी चाहिए:

• वज़नपैक किए हुए पार्सल का असली वज़न, तराज़ू पर तौला हुआ।
• साइज़अंतिम पैक किए पार्सल की लंबाई, चौड़ाई और ऊँचाई (सेमी में)।
• श्रेणी और सामानअंदर रखे सामान का सही विवरण।
• घोषित मूल्यसामान का सही मूल्य। बिल/इनवॉइस माँगा जा सकता है।

Before every booking you must read the Prohibited & Restricted Items page. By booking, you declare that you have read it, that your parcel contains no prohibited item, and that you hold every licence and permission needed for any restricted item.

• Illegal goods, narcotics, psychotropic substances, counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks and flammable, corrosive, toxic or radioactive materials.
• Cash, currency, bullion, negotiable instruments and valuables, unless expressly allowed by the courier partner.
• Perishable food, live animals, human remains, and biological or medical waste.
• Medicines and other regulated goods, unless permitted by law and the courier partner, with valid papers.
• Anything restricted by Indian law or the carrier's policy.

हर बुकिंग से पहले आपको प्रतिबंधित एवं नियंत्रित वस्तुएँ (Prohibited & Restricted Items) पेज पढ़ना अनिवार्य है। बुकिंग करके आप घोषणा करते हैं कि आपने उसे पढ़ लिया है, आपके पार्सल में कोई प्रतिबंधित वस्तु नहीं है, और किसी भी नियंत्रित वस्तु के लिए आपके पास सभी ज़रूरी लाइसेंस और अनुमतियाँ हैं।

• अवैध सामान, नशीले और मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ, नकली, पायरेटेड या चोरी का सामान।

• Courier partners, CourierBee and government authorities (such as police, customs and tax officers) may scan, open, inspect, hold or seize any shipment. You consent to this.
• If a shipment is held, seized, confiscated or destroyed, no refund, compensation or claim is payable.
• All fines, penalties, storage, return and legal costs are borne by you.
• CourierBee will cooperate with authorities and may share your KYC, booking, contact and payment details with them.
• CourierBee may cancel bookings, suspend your account and report the matter to the authorities.
• If a shipment is seized because of wrong or false information, you alone are legally responsible.

• कूरियर पार्टनर, CourierBee और सरकारी अधिकारी (जैसे पुलिस, कस्टम और कर अधिकारी) किसी भी शिपमेंट को स्कैन, खोल, जाँच, रोक या ज़ब्त कर सकते हैं। आप इसकी सहमति देते हैं।

• Rates shown at booking are based on the details you enter.
• The final charge can change when the carrier verifies weight, size, category or pincode serviceability. Extra charges may be debited from your wallet or are payable on demand.
• Our no-hidden-charges and price guarantees apply to the confirmed booking amount. Adjustments caused by incorrect information from you are not hidden charges.
• If extra charges remain unpaid, we may block your account and hold related shipments.
• Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways. False chargebacks or disputes may lead to suspension.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as required by law.

• बुकिंग के समय दिखाई गई दरें आपके द्वारा भरे विवरण पर आधारित होती हैं।
• कैरियर द्वारा वज़न, साइज़, श्रेणी या पिनकोड सेवा-क्षेत्र की जाँच के बाद अंतिम शुल्क बदल सकता है। अतिरिक्त शुल्क आपके वॉलेट से काटा जा सकता है या माँगने पर देय होगा।

• अतिरिक्त शुल्क का भुगतान न होने पर हम आपका खाता ब्लॉक कर सकते हैं और संबंधित शिपमेंट रोक सकते हैं।
• भुगतान अधिकृत पेमेंट गेटवे के माध्यम से होते हैं। झूठे चार्जबैक या विवाद पर खाता निलंबित हो सकता है।
• जीएसटी सहित लागू कर कानून के अनुसार लिए जाते हैं।

• Bee Credits are promotional benefits added to your CourierBee Wallet. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or refunded to a bank account.
• They can be used only on future CourierBee shipments, as shown on the website.
• Bee Guarantee benefits do not apply where the issue arises from incorrect information, prohibited items, misuse, or events beyond our control.
• Credits obtained through misuse or fraud may be reversed and the account suspended.

Cancellations, failed deliveries, return-to-origin (RTO) and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

• Return shipping and RTO charges are borne by the sender.
• No refund is given for shipments that are held, seized or returned because of prohibited items or wrong information.
• Delays caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, government action or similar events are not refundable.

रद्दीकरण, विफल डिलीवरी, रिटर्न टू ओरिजिन (RTO) और रिफंड रिफंड पॉलिसी के अधीन हैं, जो इन शर्तों का हिस्सा है।

• Loss or damage in transit is governed by the courier partner's conditions of carriage.
• Insurance or claim cover shown at booking applies only when the information is correct, the item is permitted, the packing is proper, and the claim is raised promptly with proof.
• No cover applies to prohibited, restricted, misdeclared or poorly packed items, or to indirect loss.
• Any claim is limited to the lowest of the declared value, the proven value and the carrier or insurer limit.
• CourierBee's total liability for any booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.
• CourierBee is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.
• Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

• ट्रांज़िट में नुकसान या क्षति कूरियर पार्टनर की कैरिएज शर्तों के अधीन है।

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CourierBee, Kritika Infotech, its owners, directors, employees, partners and courier partners from all claims, losses, fines, penalties, seizure and storage costs and legal fees arising from:

• Your shipment, its contents or its declared details.
• Any false, wrong or misleading information you provide.
• Your breach of these terms or of any law.
• Infringement of any third party's rights through your shipment.

आप सहमत हैं कि निम्नलिखित से उत्पन्न सभी दावों, नुकसान, जुर्माने, दंड, ज़ब्ती व भंडारण खर्च और कानूनी शुल्क से CourierBee, Kritika Infotech, उसके मालिकों, निदेशकों, कर्मचारियों, भागीदारों और कूरियर पार्टनर की रक्षा करेंगे और उन्हें क्षतिपूर्ति देंगे:

You must not use CourierBee for false identity, fake or non-existent bookings, fraud, misuse of KYC, scraping, interfering with the platform, abusing credits or refunds, or any unlawful purpose.

If we find or suspect a violation, we may cancel bookings, freeze your wallet while we investigate, suspend or terminate your account, and report the matter to the authorities.

आप CourierBee का उपयोग झूठी पहचान, नकली या अस्तित्वहीन बुकिंग, धोखाधड़ी, KYC के दुरुपयोग, डेटा स्क्रैपिंग, प्लेटफ़ॉर्म में बाधा, क्रेडिट या रिफंड के दुरुपयोग या किसी भी गैरकानूनी उद्देश्य के लिए नहीं करेंगे।

उल्लंघन पाए जाने या संदेह होने पर हम बुकिंग रद्द कर सकते हैं, जाँच के दौरान आपका वॉलेट फ्रीज़ कर सकते हैं, खाता निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकते हैं और मामले की सूचना अधिकारियों को दे सकते हैं।

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You consent to sharing the details needed with your selected courier partner and, where required by law, with authorities.

The CourierBee name, logo, website and software belong to Kritika Infotech. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our support team first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern. Any dispute that remains unresolved is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nawada, Bihar, India.

• We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use means acceptance.
• If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
• Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
• These terms, with the linked policies, are the entire agreement between you and CourierBee.
• If the English and Hindi versions differ, the English version prevails.
